Great to meet you!

Great to meet you!

I am a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) and Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with more than six years of clinical experience dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care. In addition to my clinical practice, I have experience in psychiatric hospital administration, which has enhanced my understanding of mental health services, interdisciplinary collaboration, and patient-centered care delivery.

My clinical experience includes the evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of anxiety disorders, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, trauma-related disorders, and other psychiatric conditions across the lifespan. I believe in a collaborative, patient-centered approach that integrates biological, psychological, and social factors to support long-term wellness and recovery.

My approach to therapy

My approach to psychiatric care is rooted in empathy, respect, and collaboration. I provide patient-centered, trauma-informed, and evidence-based care, recognizing that each person's experiences, strengths, and challenges are unique. My goal is to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where you feel heard, understood, and actively involved in decisions about your treatment.

What you can expect from me

"During our first appointment, you will have a warm welcoming, we'll spend time discussing your symptoms, medical and mental health history, current medications, and treatment goals. I'll ask questions to better understand what you're experiencing and how it's affecting your daily life. Together we'll review possible diagnoses and develop a treatment plan that may include medication, therapy, lifestyle changes, or a combination of these approaches. My goal is to make sure you feel heard, informed, and involved in decisions about your care."
