Great to meet you!

I provide compassionate, client-centered therapy for adults navigating life’s challenges, emotional struggles, and major transitions.

I earned my Master of Social Work (MSW) from Bridgewater State University and am a licensed independent clinical social worker.

My professional experience includes working in healthcare settings, specifically, oncology, as well as private practice, and substance use. It’s an honor to support clients through anxiety, grief, chronic illness, life transitions, emotional stress, identity exploration, and relational challenges.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic style is warm, collaborative, and strengths-based. I aim to create a safe and nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts and emotions, build insight, and develop practical tools for healing and growth.

For clients who desire it, I offer faith-integrated therapy, incorporating spiritual reflection and values into the therapeutic process.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and for you to share what brings you to therapy. I’ll ask about your background, current challenges, and goals for therapy, and we’ll discuss how we can work together to meet those goals.

This session is also an opportunity for you to ask questions about the process, my approach, and what therapy might look like for you. My aim is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard and supported from the very beginning.

By the end of our first meeting, we’ll have a clear understanding of your priorities, possible strategies to address them, and next steps to move forward in a way that feels comfortable and realistic for you.
