Great to meet you!

I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based mental health care to adolescents and adults. My clinical background includes treating a wide range of conditions such as depression, anxiety, mood disorders, trauma-related disorders, and other psychiatric concerns. I am committed to creating a safe, respectful, and non-judgmental environment where clients feel heard and understood.

My approach is collaborative and client-centered. I combine psychiatric evaluation, medication management, and supportive therapy to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs, goals, and life circumstances. I value open communication and believe clients should feel informed and empowered in decisions about their care.

I am passionate about helping clients improve their emotional well-being, build resilience, and achieve meaningful, lasting stability. My goal is to support you with professionalism, empathy, and respect throughout your mental health journey.

My approach to therapy

My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and client-centered. I provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, evidence-based medication management, and supportive therapy tailored to each client’s needs.

I specialize in treating depression, anxiety, mood disorders, and trauma-related conditions. My goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental space, empower clients in their care, and support lasting emotional wellness and stability.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a welcoming, respectful, and non-judgmental environment where they feel comfortable sharing their concerns. During the first session, I conduct a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation to understand their symptoms, history, current challenges, and treatment goals.

We will discuss any prior treatment, medications, and what has or has not worked in the past. I also provide education about diagnosis and treatment options, and we will work together to develop an individualized care plan.

The goal of the first session is to build trust, provide clarity, and establish a collaborative path forward to support emotional stability, symptom relief, and overall well-being.
