Great to meet you!

I am a board-certified psychiatrist practicing in West Virginia. My medical school training was in Huntington, WV and my residency training was in both Charleston and Huntington. My primary focus is on providing care to our LGBT+ community, particularly transgender patients.

My approach to therapy

My psychiatric practice starts with respect for the client's lived experience and autonomy. To that end, I focus on building up strengths and resiliency in therapy. The medication side of my practice focuses on evidence-based treatments with long track records of safety and effectiveness.

What you can expect from me

The first session is a chance for clients to tell their story, so we can build an accurate picture of where they've been and chart a course for where they want to go.
