Great to meet you!

As a psychotherapist helping people cope with the various obstacles in life, I have come to believe we all have the potential to be successful and possess the tools we need to achieve our goals. I will help you think about your problems differently and develop strategies to handle them more effectively to address a variety of life issues and concerns. I have experience working with first responders, veterans, and active duty. Also, VASAP approved provider for assessment and treatment.

My approach to therapy

My orientation is as an integration of CBT with a mindfulness component. My style is warm and active, but direct and easy to talk to. I strive to be both compassionate, honest, and easy to talk to. I have a strong understanding and knowledge of addiction issues. I believe support is important and can incorporate group sessions. It wasn't that hard I I'm not currently working with couples, unless addiction/ recovery is interfering with the relationship.

What you can expect from me

I believe a respectful, supportive, collaborative, free of judgement relationship is important for therapy. During our time together, I will work with you to help you identify your core issues, coping skills, and future goals for your life. Change can be exhilarating as well as frightening. The pace and direction is up to you. Sometimes the hardest thing about therapy is making the decision to begin. I look forward to hearing from you. You are worth it!

24 hour cancelation policy attached. If there is an emergency, please contact provider and reschedule within a week.
