Great to meet you!

I work with adults and adolescents (age 11 and up) using a trauma-informed, holistic approach to treatment. I specialize in working with trauma, anxiety, depression and difficulty with life adjustments. I believe mental health needs are best addressed by taking mind, body, spiritual and relational needs into account. I earned my Bachelors in Psychology from Concordia University in 2015 and my Masters in Counseling Psychology from Towson University in 2018.

My approach to therapy

Each person is unique, and I believe the approach to therapy should be as well. I value you as you are and I seek to personalize therapy by drawing from a variety of modalities, including EMDR, parts-work, narrative therapy and CBT. If you seek a Christian based approach, I am happy to integrate faith into session to support your psychological health.

What you can expect from me

In session you can expect to be welcomed as you are and you can trust we will work on your goals collaboratively.
