Great to meet you!

My passion for psychology comes from a place of wanting to listen, understand and empower change. As we build a trusting relationship my approach is collaborative and proactive. My career has led me to work in primary mental health, addiction treatment, and working with various diagnoses and a widely diverse population including marginalized individuals, unhoused, sexual assault victims, former military, American Indians, and members of the LGBTQIA+ community.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is a collective of humanistic, narrative and trauma focused while utilizing cognitive behavioral therapy to invoke change. The goal is to tailor therapy to your needs, building a safe space to be heard without judgement or expectation. By providing me a better understanding of the way you think, I'm able to collaborate on the best approach to mental health wellness.

What you can expect from me

The hope is for clients to gain a better understanding of their emotions, behaviors, and ways of thinking. As the sessions progress clients are encouraged and empowered to explore insight and awareness of themselves, everyday life and their relationships.
