Great to meet you!

I graduated with my Psy.D. in 2015 from the Arizona School of Professional Psychology. My clinical rotations included hospice, adult group homes, correctional facilities, and outpatient settings. I have experience in providing individual therapy and clinical supervision, as well as psychological assessments and evaluations.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I utilize a person-centered, trauma-informed approach in my work with clients to create safety, decrease distress, and facilitate healing. I recognize the value in the relationships I have with my clients and the role it plays in creating a safe and welcoming environment to explore their distress. I prefer a narrative approach rather than a structured, manualized treatment model, and through this modality, I companion my clients through their self-exploration process.

What you can expect from our first session

You can expect empathy, understanding, and unconditional positive regard while working with me. I meet all my clients where they are when they arrive. Once goals for treatment are identified, we explore ways to reach those goals and identify any barriers that may present challenges.
