Great to meet you!

I use various therapeutic methods, such as supportive psychotherapy, CBT, mindfulness, solution-focused, and narrative therapies, to establish trust, develop rapport, and help clients achieve realistic goals. I incorporate play and art therapies to help clients process and express past traumas. When working with couples, I combine strategic and experiential modalities, enabling clients to confront stagnant patterns, reinforce their goals, and restore connection within their family system.

My approach to therapy

I graduated from Central Connecticut State University with my Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy in 2019. I have worked in the mental health field for over 10 years in different capacities, building my skill set and learning about many different populations.

What you can expect from me

My main focus of practice with clients has been young adults struggling with life transitions, individuals coping and working to heal from trauma, families struggling to repair wounds, and couples working towards reconnecting. I use humor and transparency prominently in my treatment modalities, supporting each client through the therapeutic process.
