Great to meet you!

Hello, I received my Bachelor degree at the University of Nevada Reno and my Master's degree with the University of New England. I was older when I finished but I feel that part has allowed me to understand that life has other plans for you. I offer a space with compassion and understanding with a goal that you feel like you can be open with those discussions you need to have to see goals become reality.

My approach to therapy

I listen when you speak and attempt to clarify before I assume I understand. I am careful with advice and like you to come to your own decision making after I share my perspectives or observations.

What you can expect from me

I hope to offer you clarification through my obsevations or understanding of your experience. I would be thrilled if you walked away with new information or more ideas about how you plan the "what's next."
