Great to meet you!

Feeling overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, or stuck in patterns that no longer seem to work? Whether you're navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, grief, a major life transition, chronic health concerns, or simply feeling disconnected from yourself, you don't have to go through it alone.

For more than 20 years, I have had the privilege of walking alongside children, adolescents, and adults through some of life's most difficult seasons. My mission is simple: to restore hope, foster healing, and support meaningful personal growth. I provide a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered as we work toward the life you want to live.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy works best when it feels safe, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs. I work clients of all ages to create a supportive environment where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences at your own pace. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, or life transitions, we'll work together to better understand what's keeping you stuck and identify meaningful paths forward.

My therapeutic style combines evidence-based practices with a holistic, strengths-based perspective grounded in compassion, respect, and the belief that every person has inherent worth and the capacity for growth. Together, we will recognize your strengths, develop practical coping skills, and create achievable goals that support lasting change.

What you can expect from me

I currently offer virtual sessions, including evening and some weekend appointments, making therapy accessible for individuals with busy schedules. Virtual counseling can be an effective and convenient option, especially if this is your first experience with therapy.

From our first session, my goal is to help you feel comfortable, supported, and genuinely heard. Together, we'll build a collaborative relationship focused on improving emotional well-being, strengthening relationships, and helping you navigate life's challenges with greater confidence, resilience, and hope.
