Great to meet you!

Ms. Sharon is a caring and patient mental health provider who truly enjoys helping people feel better and more in control of their lives. She believes everyone deserves to feel heard, respected, and supported, no matter what they’re going through. Ms. Sharon is easy to talk to and creates a calm space where clients can be themselves without fear of judgment.

She works with teens and adults who are dealing with anxiety, depression, mood changes, stress, trauma, and everyday life challenges. Her goal is to help clients feel stronger, more confident, and hopeful about the future.

My approach to therapy

Ms. Sharon takes a gentle, supportive, and team-based approach to care. She listens closely, asks thoughtful questions, and works with clients to create a plan that fits their needs and goals. She uses evidence-based treatment while also looking at the whole person not just symptoms.

She believes healing takes time and that small steps can lead to big changes. Her approach is caring, respectful, and focused on helping clients grow at their own pace.

What you can expect from me

During the first session, clients can expect a relaxed and welcoming conversation. Ms. Sharon will take time to get to know you, listen to your concerns, and understand what brought you in. There is no pressure to share everything at once; you can go at a pace that feels comfortable.

Together, you’ll talk about goals and next steps. Most clients leave the first session feeling heard, supported, and relieved to have taken the first step toward feeling better.
