Great to meet you!

Finding a new counselor can be a daunting task; so many therapists to sort through, words to read, specialties to choose from, it can be hard to know what you need! I have a strong base of skills in crisis counseling, trauma informed therapy, and enjoy working with the LGBTQ+ population, young adults, clients struggling with traumatic experiences, and those affected by anxiety, depression, or other mental health difficulties.

My approach to therapy

I utilize an integrative approach focusing on client empowerment, understanding personal values, better interpersonal functioning, self-soothing techniques and coping skills, and better understanding one's thought processes.

What you can expect from me

I treat each client with a sense of unconditional positive regard and have one main goal for all of my clients and that is allowing them to feel supported and unjudged in the work I do with them. I look to facilitate growth and better personal understanding in every client I work with.
