Great to meet you!

I believe therapy should feel like a space where you can exhale, be honest, and begin putting down what you’ve been carrying for too long. My approach is warm, collaborative, and direct, with a focus on helping clients better understand themselves, strengthen emotional awareness, and create healthier patterns in their relationships, work, and daily lives.

I often work with high-functioning adults who may look like they’re holding everything together on the outside while feeling overwhelmed, anxious, disconnected, or emotionally exhausted underneath. In our work together, I’ll support you in exploring what’s beneath the surface, identifying patterns that no longer serve you, and building practical tools for healing, clarity, confidence, and change.

You can expect me to show up as compassionate, engaged, and honest. I create space for both reflection and accountability, because healing is not just about coping — it’s about becoming more connected to yourself and more intentional about how you move through your life.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and insight-oriented, while also being practical and grounded. I believe healing begins with feeling safe enough to be honest about what you’re experiencing, what you’ve survived, and what patterns may be keeping you stuck.

In therapy, I help clients explore the connection between their thoughts, emotions, behaviors, relationships, and life experiences. I often use a blend of cognitive-behavioral, person-centered, trauma-informed, and strengths-based approaches to support clients in developing greater self-awareness, emotional regulation, healthier boundaries, and more effective coping skills.

I also believe therapy should honor the whole person — not just symptoms. That means we may explore stress, identity, relationships, work, family patterns, self-worth, grief, transitions, and the deeper emotional themes underneath what you’re carrying. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, more empowered, and more connected to yourself as you move toward meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

Before our first session, I review your intake questionnaire and any information shared during the initial consultation so we can begin with a clearer understanding of what brings you to therapy. In our first meeting, we’ll usually start by talking directly about what you’re currently experiencing, what feels most important, and what you’re hoping will change through our work together.

I may ask follow-up questions about your history, relationships, stressors, coping patterns, and goals to better understand the full picture, but the session does not have to feel like starting from scratch. My goal is to create a warm, supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and able to begin unpacking what you’ve been carrying.

You can expect a conversation that is collaborative, compassionate, and focused on helping us identify what support may look like for you moving forward. My hope is that you leave the first session feeling more grounded, more seen, and clear that you do not have to figure everything out alone.
