Great to meet you!

As a trauma-informed, neurodiversity-affirming virtual therapist in Virginia, I ground my work in the belief that the mind-body connection is essential to both mental and physical health. I believe therapy is a collaborative, intentional process between the client and therapist—one where we work together to set realistic, measurable, and meaningful goals. If you’ve found your way here, you’ve already taken the first courageous step toward change and self-awareness. And that’s powerful.

My approach to therapy

I earned my Master of Arts in with a concentration in Neuroscience at George Mason University and a Master of Social Work (MSW) through Widener University. I’m a believer that fostering our mind/body connection is the building blocks of both our physical and mental health. I am skilled in dealing with neurodiverse clients & have a firm trauma background.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy is a brave step—and you don’t have to do it alone. We believe that everyone deserves a space where they can be seen, heard, and supported without judgment. A space where your story matters, your goals are respected, and your pace is honored. Whether you’re seeking healing, growth, or just a place to exhale—we’re here for it, reach out.
