Great to meet you!

I have worked in mental health since 2010- and graduated with my MSW in 2013. I believe everyone deserves someone to walk through the toughest moments of their life with as they process those moments and that's why I am so passionate about working with those who have survived trauma. I specialize in PTSD, neurodivergent identifying individuals, and am LGBTQIA+ affirming.

My approach to therapy

I am certified in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and trained and frequently use other forms of therapy, including CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, CPT (Cognitive Processing Therapy) ART (Accelerated Resolution Therapy) and DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy).I specializes in trauma, specifically violent crime; sexual violence, adult survivors of child abuse and secondary victims of homicide.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is YOUR first session. While we will cover intake- I also want your goals and outcomes to be expressed in ways that feel attainable and relevant to your life. I am judgment free and believe that the work we do in therapy is a partnership where we can work together to make the changes you already know you want to see or those we discover in therapy as you process and learn more about yourself.
