Great to meet you!

I’m a psychiatric nurse practitioner offering medication management. At this time I offer virtual sessions, with plans to add in‐person appointments in the near future. My approach is shaped by more than a decade of experience working in women's health as a nurse midwife. During that time, I realized how important it is to offer care that truly sees the whole person and honors their full experience. That background taught me how to sit with people in vulnerable moments, listen without rushing, and support them through real-life transitions with steadiness and compassion.

My approach to therapy

My style is warm, conversational, and collaborative. I want our sessions to feel like a space where you can exhale and talk openly about about what’s been weighing on you—whether it’s anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood changes, or simply feeling overwhelmed by life. I take time to understand your story, your strengths, and what you hope will feel different.

What you can expect from me

When we talk about medication, we do it together. I explain things clearly, answer questions honestly, and make sure you always feel informed and in control of your care. My goal is to help you feel supported, capable, and connected to yourself as we find the right path forward. If your preferred appointment time is not listed please reach out and I will do my best to accommodate!
