Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with experience ranging from inpatient facilities to community clinics. Although I enjoy working with a wide variety of clients, I specialize in eating disorders, depression, anxiety disorders, and maternity/women’s issues.

My approach to therapy

My focus is on helping my clients get the most out of life. I believe in being attentive to the nuances of each client. I also believe that what a client needs evolves and changes with time. In addition to helping my clients with their symptoms, I aim to provide an overall transformative experience.
