Great to meet you!

I received my education/training at Albert Einstein College of Medicine in the Bronx and at Norwalk Hospital as part of the Yale University campus. I’m now semi retired having been in practice for >30 years. I love what I do and look forward to providing psychiatric care for folks for as long as I can be useful.

My approach to therapy

I like to spend a lot of time upfront with someone in their first appointment in order to figure out what’s going on and the best way to help. This approach often involves the use of medicine. On the other hand, there’s no pill that can turn back the pages of time to make things right. However, we can work together to reduce your suffering and get you back to the person you were prior to needing medicine. Once back to your baseline, then we can discuss if therapy could also be an additional benefit.

What you can expect from me

After meeting with me, you should have a much clearer understanding about what is going on or happening with you. You’ll be encouraged to do your own research about your condition as we implement a comprehensive treatment strategy.
