Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Shereece—and if you’re here, I want you to know that you’ve already taken a brave and important first step. I specialize in working with young adults and adults who are navigating life transitions, anxiety, trauma, burnout, and emotional overwhelm. I also work with teens, children (ages 5+), and families, offering care that is developmentally attuned and emotionally supportive.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and deeply person-centered. I believe that healing happens in relationships—and that therapy should feel like a space where you can finally exhale. Together, we’ll explore what’s weighing on you, untangle old patterns, and find new ways to move forward. I use a blend of evidence-based tools including TF-CBT, DBT, ACT, mindfulness, and expressive therapies, always tailored to your unique needs and pace.

Clients often describe me as calm, caring, and easy to talk to. You don’t have to be “put together” to show up here—you just have to be willing to begin. I’ll meet you with empathy, insight, and genuine respect for your story.

Let’s build something healing, together.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and deeply client-centered. I believe healing happens when you feel safe enough to be your full self—no filters, no pressure, just honesty, support, and room to grow.

In our work together, I’ll gently guide you in exploring what’s underneath the overwhelm, helping you make sense of your experiences and reconnect with your inner strength. I draw from evidence-based approaches like TF-CBT, DBT, ACT, mindfulness, and expressive therapies, always tailoring sessions to what feels most supportive for you.

Whether you’re navigating anxiety, trauma, a major life transition, or just trying to find your footing, I’m here to walk beside you—not to “fix” you, but to help you feel more grounded, self-aware, and empowered in your life.

This is your space to be seen, heard, and held with care.

What you can expect from me

Clients often tell me they leave sessions feeling lighter, more grounded, and more understood. My goal is for you to walk away with a deeper understanding of yourself, practical tools to manage stress and emotions, and a renewed sense of confidence in your ability to handle life’s challenges.

You can expect to build emotional awareness, strengthen your coping skills, and start letting go of the patterns that keep you stuck. Together, we’ll work on helping you feel more connected—to yourself, to your goals, and to the kind of life you want to live.

Most of all, I want you to feel safe in our space—safe to feel, explore, question, heal, and grow.
