Great to meet you!

I am Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 29 years of experience supporting people through life’s challenges and transitions. Over the years, I have worked in schools, community programs, and private practice, and each setting has strengthened my belief in the resilience people carry, sometimes without even realizing it.

In my practice, I offer telehealth therapy for young adults and adults. I specialize in trauma, anxiety, depression, and life transitions, and I bring a strengths-based and holistic lens to every session. I often integrate CBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, mindfulness, and gentle body-centered practices to help clients reconnect with themselves in meaningful ways.

At the heart of my work is creating a warm, grounded space where clients feel seen, supported, and encouraged to grow at their own pace. I believe healing happens in relationships, and I’m honored to walk alongside the people I work with.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is grounded in trauma-informed and strengths-based principles, utilizing evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy, enhanced by holistic interventions such as mindfulness and somatic/body-centered strategies to support functional improvement and emotional regulation.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, clients can expect a calm, welcoming, and supportive space where they can begin sharing at their own pace.

Clients can expect that I will explain my therapeutic approach, discuss confidentiality, and answer any questions they may have about the process.

Together, we will begin identifying areas of focus and creating a plan that feels collaborative and manageable.

My style is warm, grounding, and strengths-based, helping clients start building awareness of both internal and external supports. Most importantly, clients leave the first session feeling heard, respected, and hopeful about their path forward.
