As a first-generation immigrant and a parent of two high-achievement US-born adult children, I have a special affection and rapport with children, teens, and parents with the following challenges: adjustment, anxiety, depression, perfectionism, self-esteem, identity development, parenting, life transition and academic concerns and cultural concerns.

My approach to therapy

With my experience of over 5 years of in health care/psychiatric setting, and over 20 years in adoption services, my approach is trauma-informed, attachment-based and solution-focused.
