I have worked with the disabled and mental health population, including the unhoused, elderly, incarcerated, children, teens, and adults who struggle with mild, moderate, and severe mental illnesses in addition to co-occurring disorders.

My approach to therapy

I am skilled in CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing, solution-focused, strength-based, and client-centered interventions utilizing bibliotherapy and ecological, family, and conflict systems theories. I take a holistic approach to increasing insight and understanding of contributing factors influencing behaviors and thought patterns that negatively impact mental health.
