I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner, and registered pharmacist with more than 20 years of experience in medication management and over 6 years of experience treating and managing patients’ mental health needs. I work with children, adolescents, and adults and have experience treating a wide range of mental health conditions.
My approach is direct, compassionate, and focused on helping each person feel heard and supported. I take time to listen carefully, understand your concerns, and create a treatment plan that is tailored to your needs and goals. I believe in working hard for my patients and helping them achieve the best possible outcomes.
During our first session, we will begin with a relaxed introduction and spend time gathering information so I can better understand your symptoms, concerns, and goals for treatment. If medication is appropriate, we can discuss options to help begin managing symptoms. Before the session ends, we will review next steps, schedule follow-up care, and make sure all of your questions are answered.
