Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm glad you're here! I truly believe therapy should feel like a space where you can completely be yourself. With me, you can talk about the messy stuff, the hard stuff, the embarrassing thoughts, the fears, the trauma—all of it—without worrying about being judged.

My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, comfortable, and genuinely understood. I’m very down-to-earth, easy to talk to, and I want clients to feel like they’re talking to a real person who’s fully in their corner while we figure things out together.

My approach to therapy

I definitely don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. Every person is different, so your treatment should be too.

I tailor therapy to fit YOU—your personality, your goals, your comfort level, and what you need most. Some sessions may be deeper and emotional, while others may involve laughter, processing everyday stress, or learning practical coping skills. We’ll work together to find what works best for you.

What you can expect from me

Honestly? Probably lots of conversation and laughter mixed in with the serious stuff. I love getting to know my clients as actual people—not just the struggles that brought them to therapy.

We’ll spend time talking about you: your interests, personality, goals, favorite comfort shows, hobbies, relationships, and what’s been weighing on you lately. My goal is for you to leave feeling comfortable, heard, and excited to come back—not intimidated by therapy.
