Great to meet you!

Many people feel overwhelmed, stuck in their thoughts, or exhausted from trying to manage everything alone. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with eight years of experience, I know that reaching out can be the first step toward feeling better. Therapy can be a place where you feel understood and supported, especially when you are navigating anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma, life transitions, or postpartum challenges. I often work with people who are thoughtful and self-aware, but may struggle with overthinking, self-doubt, or being hard on themselves. You do not have to have everything figured out before starting therapy; just being open to the process is enough. I am here to help you reconnect with your strengths and move toward the life you want.

My approach to therapy

I offer a supportive, non-judgmental space where you can feel understood while also gaining practical tools to help you move forward. I do not believe in a one-size-fits-all approach; therapy with me is tailored to your unique needs, pace, and goals. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy as a structured, goal-oriented approach to help clients better understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Together we will explore patterns that may be keeping you stuck while building practical tools to help you feel more grounded and in control. I also integrate techniques from Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and trauma-focused modalities in a way that feels approachable and relevant to your daily life. Clients often share that they appreciate feeling both supported and gently challenged in our work together. My goal is not just to help you feel better in the moment, but to help you develop lasting insight and skills that continue to serve you long after therapy.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we will focus on getting to know you and what is bringing you to therapy. I will ask some questions about your current concerns, your history, and what you are hoping to get out of our work together, but there is no pressure to share everything all at once. This is also a space for you to ask questions and get a feel for how I work. My goal is to create a comfortable, non-judgmental environment where you feel heard and supported from the start. By the end of the session, we will begin to identify your goals and discuss a plan for moving forward at a pace that feels right for you.
