Great to meet you!

Welcome! Bienvenido!

I'm Silvia Gudino, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California. My purpose is to provide you with a space where you feel heard, supported, guided, and safe. With my humanistic approach, it is important that you feel that our time is valuable and meaningful. Therapy should feel like a conversation where you are able to breath a little better each day and feel a little lighter each time.

My approach to therapy

Please allow me to reassure you that I am patient, compassionate, empathetic, and ready to listen whenever you are ready to be heard. Each session is design to address your concerns in a supportive space so that you receive the guidance and emotional support that you seek. Our sessions should feel meaningful and intentional each time while addressing your needs and identifying solutions.

What you can expect from me

I welcome you to share as little or as much as you want about your current or past life experiences. After all, you just met me and perhaps you are feeling nervous, scared, overwhelmed or skeptic due to previous experiences. You will gain some understanding of your nervous system and understand that it is all normal. By the end of our first session, you can expect to have greater clarity around the changes you want to see and a shared understanding of how we will work together to support those goals.
