Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m part of the Phia Health team—glad you’re here.

I’m a licensed clinician with a background in psychotherapy. At Phia, we specialize in wraparound care for women navigating the perinatal and postpartum period, but I also work with clients beyond that window—especially women ages 15–25 dealing with anxiety, depression, or life transitions. Seeking support is a big first step, and I’m honored to be part of that process with you.

My approach to therapy

At Phia, we believe therapy should feel collaborative, flexible, and grounded in respect. My role is to meet you where you are, create space for your story, and help guide you toward the changes you want to make. I’m here to support you, but I’ll also challenge you when needed—and I hope we can build a relationship where you feel heard and empowered.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a chance for you to share what’s been going on and what you’re hoping to get out of therapy. It’s low-pressure and conversational. We’ll talk through your goals, your history, and whether this feels like the right fit. From there, we’ll build a plan together—grounded in your needs and aligned with Phia’s whole-person care philosophy.
