I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida. I specialize in working with high school and college students, as well as student-athletes and their mental health challenges. Some examples include performance anxiety, depression, relationships with teammates or coaches, transitions into athletics/transitions out of athletics, career/major challenges, identity, injury management and coping skills, and balance between athletics and personal life. I also work with anyone who is seeking support related to a life transition, adjustment period, or needing confidence building at the high school or college level.

My goal for all clients is to create a warm and welcoming space that promotes growth and change. I work from a Cognitive Behavioral and Solution Focused therapy perspective.
