Great to meet you!

Help for adults with depression, anxiety, PTSD/C-PTSD, childhood/adult trauma, pregnancy/post-partum struggles, relationship concerns, and more! LGBTQIA+/poly-allied! Feeling sad, stressed, anxious, overwhelmed? Have you been through a lot, but never been able to talk it out? I can to help! I provide attachment-based therapy and know that relationship and authenticity are the two most important therapeutic tools! I am open-minded and easy-going and would love to work with you. Please email me!

My approach to therapy

All my sessions are virtual, Monday-Thursday, 10am-4pm. I am certified in EMDR, which is used to treat mental health symptoms resulting from negative life experiences and severe trauma. I am also specially trained by Postpartum Support International to help moms who have a hard time during pregnancy or following birth (post partum).

What you can expect from me

Depending on your needs, we will work together to identify your personal strengths and add tools that have been scientifically proven to help people feel better. Finding the right support will be your first step on your amazing journey of growth and healing. I would be immensely honored to lend a hand on your way! Please view my website and email me today.
