Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor in Arizona and a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California with over 20 years of clinical experience. My path as a therapist has taken me across the U.S. and Europe, where I’ve supported individuals and families in private practice, military communities, international schools, inpatient treatment settings, and humanitarian programs.

I hold a Master of Science in Counseling from California State University Northridge and am certified in EMDR, and Somatic Experiencing. My background includes working with trauma, anxiety, grief, life transitions, and cross-cultural challenges, and I’ve had the privilege of supporting diverse communities—including adolescents, adults, service members, and expats—on their healing journeys.

My approach to therapy

I take a trauma-informed, integrative approach that respects the uniqueness of each person. I draw from evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), and Somatic Experiencing to support healing at both the psychological and nervous system levels.

I see therapy as a collaborative and relational process. I provide a safe, supportive space where you can slow down, reconnect with your strengths, and explore new ways of responding to life’s challenges. My role is to meet you where you are—with warmth, presence, and respect—and to support your growth in a way that honors your pace and lived experience.

What you can expect from me

In our work together, you’ll gain practical tools to regulate your nervous system, shift patterns that no longer serve you, and deepen your connection to yourself and what matters most. You can expect to feel seen, supported, and empowered as you move from just getting by to living with more clarity, resilience, and ease.

Whether you're beginning therapy for the first time or returning to it after some time away, our sessions will be grounded in compassion and guided by your goals. My hope is that you’ll leave each session feeling more resourced, centered, and connected to your own capacity for healing and change.
