Great to meet you!

I am a licensed psychologist with clinical experience providing therapy and mental health support. I specialize in working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, emotional dysregulation, relationship and boundary challenges, identity concerns, and life transitions. My background includes experience in both psychological assessment and therapy, allowing me to take a thoughtful and well-rounded approach to care. I work with teenagers, college-aged individuals, and adults who often feel overwhelmed or lost internally, even if they appear to have things together on the outside.

I value creating a space where clients feel deeply understood beyond the surface. My goal is to support you through periods of uncertainty while helping you gain insight, clarity, and confidence as you reconnect with your authentic self.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, insight-oriented, and grounded in authenticity. I help clients explore their thoughts, emotions, and core beliefs to better understand how their experiences have shaped the way they think, feel, and relate to others. I integrate evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to support both insight and skill-building. I believe that lasting change comes from both awareness and intentional action. Our work together will focus on identifying patterns, processing emotions, and building healthier ways of coping and relating.

My work also includes helping clients manage stress more effectively and explore wellness practices that support their emotional, mental, spiritual, and overall well-being.

Above all, I strive to create a space where you can be honest, open, and fully yourself without judgment.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a warm, supportive environment where you can begin sharing your story at your own pace. We’ll explore what brought you to therapy, what you’ve been experiencing, and what you’re hoping to gain from the process. I’ll ask questions to understand your background, current challenges, and strengths. Together, we’ll begin identifying goals and what meaningful progress looks like for you. Most importantly, my focus is on helping you feel comfortable, heard, and understood as we start building a strong foundation for our work together.
