Great to meet you!

As a Latina and Brazilian, I bring a multicultural perspective to my work, with fluency in Spanish, Portuguese, French, and English. I have many years of experience supporting immigrant women and others from diverse backgrounds. I'm here to walk alongside you on your journey toward healing and self-discovery. Together, we'll work to challenge and reshape narratives that no longer serve you, build tools for resilience, and celebrate the strengths you bring. My approach is rooted in empathy, authenticity, and a deep commitment to honoring each client’s unique cultural experiences.

My approach to therapy

As a provider, my greatest strengths lie in my deep empathy, cultural humility, and commitment to creating a safe, nonjudgmental space for clients. I prioritize understanding each client’s unique background and experiences, especially in areas related to cultural identity, systemic oppression, and personal struggles. This empathy allows me to foster a genuine connection, helping clients feel seen and heard.

What you can expect from me

A client who is seeking guidance on reclaiming their identity, shedding harmful narratives, and embracing their strengths and voice. Them may also desire to engage in healing practices like mindfulness or narrative therapy to reconnect with their heritage and find empowerment in their culture. My role is to support them in building a foundation of self-love, resilience, and authenticity as they works to overcome societal pressures and grow into a self-assured, empowered individual.
