Great to meet you!

Life often presents us with overwhelming challenges, and it takes a great deal of courage to recognize when it’s time to seek support. I’m glad you’re here. I believe that even in the face of uncertainty, humans possess an inherent capacity for growth, resiliency, and healing.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in working with adults and couples (18+) navigating anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, substance use, sex-related concerns, and life transitions. I also work with LGBTQ+ folks and expansive relationship dynamics (e.g., open relationships, polyamory, and kink).

What you can expect from me

My style is deeply collaborative and person-centered—you are the expert on your own life. I draw from an eclectic, evidence-based toolkit (including EMDR, CBT, solution-focused, Gottman, and Attachment Theory) to help us understand the unique intersection of your lived experiences. With my background in Sociology and Women’s/Gender Studies, I also pay close attention to how your broader environment and lived experiences shape your journey.

Outside of the therapy room, I’m an animal advocate and volunteer. And as a vegetarian/vegan-affirming therapist, I offer a judgment-free space that respects your values and lifestyle.

When I’m not working, you’ll likely find me hiking, traveling, or spending quality time with my loved ones and pets.
