Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California working with clients statewide via telehealth. I work with adults of all ages. In my practice, I will help you find your truth, have the willingness to take the journey, and discover the peace, wholeness, and balance that you deserve. I firmly believe that change and healing are always possible.

I obtained my Masters Degree in Social Work from USC. My professional background is as a Clinical Social Worker working with non-profits, which I loved. It provided such a rich array of exposure and different experiences in a wide variety of situations/people, enabling me to effectively help others. At some point, I rented office space part-time to see a couple of people privately, and the private practice grew and grew! I enjoy providing therapy - helping my clients navigate their therapeutic journey to a successful outcome is very rewarding.

I specialize in Anxiety, Stress, Life Transitions, Self-Empowerment, Spirituality, Grief, Pet Loss Bereavement & Grief, and LGBTQ

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is individualized to the needs of each client. I am a non-judgmental, direct, interactive, and caring therapist. I utilize a variety of therapies in my work, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral, Humanistic, Client-Centered, Strength-Based, Family Systems, Narrative, and Mindfulness.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we will discuss what brought you to therapy at this time and what your expectations are. We will talk about the therapeutic process and begin to identify your goals and challenges. We will also begin to build rapport as we get to know each other.
