Great to meet you!

Hello! I am Stacey Skelton, LCSW. I enjoy providing a warm, collaborative space where clients of all ages can feel supported as they work toward meaningful change. I earned my Master of Social Work as well as a Master's in Public Administration concentrating in Non-profit Management and specialize in treating disordered eating, anxiety, OCD, depression, body image concerns, self-esteem, and life transitions.

My approach to therapy

My approach is individualized and draws from evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), mindfulness, strengths-based therapy, motivational interviewing, and solution-focused techniques. I believe therapy should be a place where clients feel heard, challenged, and empowered to build practical skills that foster lasting growth and resilience.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other. I'll take time to learn about your story, your strengths, and the challenges you're facing, while making sure you have space to ask questions and share what's important to you. Together, we'll identify meaningful goals and create a treatment plan tailored to your needs, so therapy feels collaborative, supportive, and centered around your growth.
