Great to meet you!

I believe prioritizing mental health is key to happiness and stability in life. Seeking help can be one of the hardest parts, so congratulations on taking that step! I’ve been practicing since 2011. I have worked with many populations and age ranges, I began my own private practice in 2016, where my focus switched primarily from addiction to trauma. I realized that trauma brings on many additional mental health challenges that may be resolved through trauma treatment.

I like to explore modalities with clients that both support and go beyond talk therapy in order to get to the deepest roots of the issues, which tend to lie at the subconscious level.

My approach to therapy

Everyone has a unique story and deserves an individualized approach to care. Once we decide to work together, we’ll act as partners in your therapeutic journey. It’s important to me that we communicate openly and honestly so that you feel respected in our relationship. I’ll be there to listen to you, be open-minded, explore your challenges with you and support you along the way.

What you can expect from me

I like to start with an introductory session, where you’ll have the opportunity to share your story and what you hope to achieve in therapy. We’ll work together to develop a treatment plan in order to set goals to achieve throughout the therapeutic process I strive to create a warm, welcoming environment that allows you to feel comfortable sharing and being vulnerable, while also feeling secure.
