Great to meet you!

Stacie Kolker is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 10 years of experience working in forensics, mental health, and with veteran and law enforcement populations. My work has given me a deep understanding of the unique challenges individuals face when navigating trauma, high-stress environments, and complex life transitions.

I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, and PTSD, using a trauma-informed care approach. I am certified in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), and Motivational Interviewing.

I work extensively with individuals experiencing relationship difficulties, sexual trauma, and domestic violence. My focus is on helping clients build self-esteem, reclaim their power, and establish independence, while guiding them toward healing and growth at their own pace.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic style emphasizes compassion, collaboration, and empowerment, creating a safe space where individuals can process experiences and rediscover their sense of self.

I believe that while life experiences mold us, they do not have to define us. My passion lies in helping individuals transform pain into strength, cultivate resilience, and succeed in ways that feel authentic to their lives and dreams.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, clients can expect a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where they are free to share at their own pace. I begin by getting to know you, your goals, and what brought you to therapy. Together, we will explore your current concerns, discuss your history, and begin identifying the strengths you already carry with you. I will also explain my therapeutic approach so you feel comfortable with the process and know what to expect moving forward. My priority is to ensure you feel heard, respected, and empowered as we begin building a plan that supports your healing, growth, and goals.
