Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and a Marriage and Family Therapist Associate (MFT-A), a nationally certified play therapist, and a school psychologist. I served in the U.S. Air Force and was awarded the Iraq Campaign Medal for my tour in Balad, Iraq. I helped design and implement a peer support program that has been disseminated throughout New York State. I have a B.S in Psychology, an M.S. in School Psychology, and a PhD in Marriage and Family Therapy.

My approach to therapy

I am passionate about serving underserved populations including students with special needs and Veterans. I strive to be an advocate for social justice and mental health. I am certified in play therapy and EMDR. I utilize cognitive behavioral and solution-focused therapies with my clients, as well as Prepare and Enrich, an evidence-based format for couples therapy.
