Great to meet you!

Hi! I am Stacy McCarty-Nash, but just Stacy will do! I am a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist Supervisor (LMFT-S) and an AAMFT Approved Supervisor/Mentor. I have been practicing therapy for 25 years after earning my Master of Science (MS) degree from Friends University. I am licensed in Virginia, Texas, and Florida. My niche is providing individual therapy for those struggling with relationship distress, anxiety, depression, and self-esteem. My mission is to nurture emotional well-being and help you heal and grow one step at a time. **Please be advised I am only working with individuals at this time.**

My approach to therapy

It is my belief we all experience challenging moments in life. During these times we often need a non-judgmental perspective to help work through those moments. It is my goal as a therapist to help you find the skills to remove the barriers that are preventing you from leading a happy and healthy life. My training as an MFT allows me to utilize a systemic approach when working with others, which means we can talk about how everything and everyone around you impacts your life. The goal is to empower you to establish healthy relationships and boundaries with yourself, and those in your life so you can be the best you!

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll focus on creating a comfortable, supportive space where you can share your concerns and hopes. Together, we’ll identify your goals and begin shaping a personalized path forward. This is the start of your personal journey, and my goal is to walk alongside you as you step into the next chapter of your life with clarity, confidence, and purpose.
