Great to meet you!

My clients are often accomplished people — professionals, parents, caregivers — who are good at managing everything for everyone else and have quietly stopped taking care of themselves. I work with anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, grief, life transitions, and the kind of burnout that doesn't come with a visible cause. If you're in the Beachwood or east Cleveland area, or anywhere in Ohio via telehealth, I'd love to connect.

My approach to therapy

I draw on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, relational therapy, and strengths-based frameworks. I'm collaborative and direct — I'll share my observations honestly and I'll ask you to do the same. Sessions feel like a conversation between equals, not a clinical intake. I'm also comfortable working with the cultural and identity layers that shape how we experience anxiety, family, and belonging. Additionally, I integrate the 12-Step recovery model when needed, and I offer a psycho-spiritual lens for clients seeking deeper personal growth. By addressing both the emotional and practical hurdles in your life, we work to shift your experience from feeling "stuck" to feeling empowered and aligned.

What you can expect from me

We'll spend the first session getting to know each other. I'll ask about what's going on, your history, what you've tried before, and what you're hoping to get out of therapy. I want you to leave the first session feeling heard — not assessed. By the end, we'll know if we're a good fit and have a rough sense of where we'd start.
