Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Stacy.

I'm a board-certified psychiatric nurse practioner (PMHNP) with experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings. I work with adults who are dealing with anxiety, depression, burnout, life transitions and substance use concerns.

Many of the people I work with are high functioning in the world but feel overwhelmed, stuck or disconnected internally. I provide a calm, welcoming, collaborative environment focused on helping you feel more stable, clear, and in control of your life.

My approach combines thoughtful medication management with supportive, practical strategies to help regulate stress, improve sleep, and build resilience. I incorporate mindfulness techniques, grounding, and guided exploration when helpful.

My approach to therapy

I see treatment as a partnership-we'll work together to understand what's going on and create a plan that actually fits your life.

I am naturally warm and supportive but also direct.

What you can expect from me

Our goals will be determined during the first 3 sessions and sometimes, as early as the first. Sometimes goals change and this can be good. We can be flexible.
