Hi, I’m Stephanie I’m a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) in the state of Florida. I work with adolescents and emerging adults (18-30) in navigating life transitions, increasing social connectedness, and breaking patterns that no longer serve them.
As your therapist I will sit with you to collaboratively uncover your personal values, support you in the care of your authentic self, and increase your emotional awareness at your own pace.
