Great to meet you!

Hi there. If you’ve found your way here, chances are you’re going through something difficult—and I want you to know you’re not alone. Life can be incredibly hard sometimes. Whether you’re feeling the weight of grief, struggling with anxiety or depression, or facing a life transition that’s left you feeling lost, I’m here to support you through it with compassion and care. Some of the most meaningful work I do is with individuals coping with grief—whether it’s the loss of a loved one, the end of a relationship, or simply adjusting to a life that looks very different than you expected.

Throughout my career, I’ve walked alongside people navigating a wide range of challenges—grief and loss, abuse, trauma, end-of-life issues, and complex medical diagnoses. I also have a special focus on supporting women through postpartum depression and anxiety, including those whose babies are in the NICU.

My approach to therapy

Together, we’ll explore what healing looks like for you—whether that means finding clarity, making peace with the past, or building something new.

What you can expect from me

I offer sessions both in person and via telehealth. If you’re thinking about starting therapy, I invite you to reach out. Let’s talk and see if we're the right fit.
