Dr. Stephanie Kearns-Wildman, PsyD is a licensed clinical psychologist with a specialization in school psychology and a passion for supporting adults, students and families. She began her career as a bilingual kindergarten teacher, where she developed a deep understanding of early childhood learning and development. She later served as Director of Multilingual Learning at CCSD 46, leading initiatives to strengthen bilingual education and support diverse learners. In addition, Dr. Diaz has taught as a professor at Olivet, preparing the next generation of educators and mental health professionals. Fluent in Spanish and English, she is dedicated to providing culturally responsive care and helping children thrive both academically and emotionally.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and strengths-based. I integrate evidence-based practices in psychology with an understanding of each client’s cultural and educational background, tailoring care to meet their unique needs.
