Great to meet you!
Grounded in a client‐centered and trauma‐focused approach, I support individuals in navigating healing, growth, and meaningful change at a pace that feels safe and empowering. My work is rooted in deep respect for each person’s lived experience, and I strive to create a therapeutic space where clients feel seen, heard, and genuinely understood.
I earned my Master’s degree from the Columbia School of Social Work, where I specialized in clinical practice and the impact of trauma across the lifespan. My career has taken me across the globe, working in diverse communities and settings—from international NGOs to community mental health programs—supporting people facing a wide range of emotional, social, and systemic challenges. These experiences have shaped my belief in culturally responsive care and the importance of honoring each client’s unique story.
In my practice, I integrate evidence‐based modalities with a compassionate, collaborative style. Whether someone is working through trauma, life transitions, identity exploration, or relationship patterns, my goal is to help them reconnect with their strengths and build a sense of agency in their lives.
