Great to meet you!

Seeking support can feel overwhelming, and I believe therapy works best when you feel comfortable, understood, and respected. I have over 10 years of experience working with individuals facing mental health, substance use, relationship, and life-transition challenges. My approach is warm, collaborative, and down-to-earth, helping clients identify meaningful goals and create lasting change that aligns with their values. I strive to create a space where you can be honest, feel supported, and build on the strengths you already have.

My approach to therapy

I take a person-centered, trauma-informed approach that recognizes each individual’s unique experiences and goals. I draw from evidence-based practices including Motivational Interviewing (MI), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and strengths-based approaches to help clients increase self-awareness, build coping skills, and move toward meaningful change. I believe therapy is a collaborative process, and I work alongside clients to find practical strategies that fit their lives.

What you can expect from me

The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and determine whether we’re a good fit. We’ll discuss what’s bringing you to therapy, what’s been working, what’s been difficult, and what changes you’d like to see in your life. There’s no pressure to share everything at once. My goal is to create a comfortable, supportive space where you feel heard, respected, and able to move at a pace that feels right for you.
