Great to meet you!

I am a licensed psychologist with over 20 years experience helping individuals develop effective skills for coping with various life stressors including: job loss, loss of a loved one, life transitions, chronic medical illness and relationship issues. My goal is to create a safe and comfortable space for individuals to share their struggles and acquire tools for minimizing the effects of stress on their mental and physical health.

My approach to therapy

I primarily employ a humanistic and cognitive behavioral approach to care. I aim to help individuals cope more effectively with life's challenges, achieve their potential and maximize their wellbeing. I appreciate the unique strengths and struggles of each person I engage with and believe in providing patient-centered care, routinely inviting input on treatment goals, progress, and strategies utilized in treatment.

What you can expect from me

You can expect to feel heard and respected in our work together. I seek to understand your experience and identify your strengths and the steps we can take together to address the problems that led you to seek help.
