Great to meet you!

As a first-generation college graduate and the first in my family to earn a degree, I understand the power of resilience and determination. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) dedicated to helping adults and teens navigate life’s challenges with compassion and evidence-based strategies.

With a trauma-informed and strengths-based approach, I specialize in working with individuals facing anxiety, trauma, and life transitions. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you can explore your emotions, build coping skills, and cultivate resilience.

Healing is a journey, and you don’t have to walk it alone. Let’s work together to create meaningful change and build a healthier, brighter future.

My approach to therapy

I practice through a trauma-informed lens, ensuring that my clients feel safe, heard, and empowered in their healing journey. I recognize the impact of adverse childhood experiences (ACEs) and work to build resilience. I will tailor therapy to the individual, recognizing the intersectionality of identity, culture, and lived experiences. As a first-generation college graduate, I understand the complexities of navigating cultural expectations, systemic barriers, and personal growth. I believe in working alongside my clients, helping them discover their strengths, develop self-awareness, and create sustainable changes in their lives.

What you can expect from me

  • A Greater Sense of Self-Awareness – You will gain a deeper understanding of your emotions, triggers, and thought patterns, helping you navigate life with more clarity and confidence.
  • Practical Coping Strategies – Through evidence-based approaches like CBT, DBT, and mindfulness, you will develop tools to manage stress, anxiety, and overwhelming emotions in your daily life.
  • Healing from Past Trauma – Using a trauma-informed approach, you will work through past experiences in a safe and supportive space, learning how to reclaim your power and build resilience.
  • Stronger Emotional Regulation – You will learn techniques to reduce emotional outbursts, manage anxiety, and develop healthier responses to difficult situations.
  • Increased Self-Compassion & Confidence – Sessions will focus on challenging self-doubt, overcoming limiting beliefs, and fostering self-acceptance, allowing you to move forward with greater self-assurance.
  • A Clearer Path Toward Personal Goals – Whether it’s improving relationships, setting boundaries, or navigating life transitions, my clients will leave therapy with actionable steps to create meaningful change in their lives.
