Great to meet you!

Welcome!!

I am a LCSW. I have earned a Bachelors of Science Degree in HD&FS at the University of Houston. I earned a Masters Degree in Social Work from the University of Texas at San Antonio. My experience includes depression, anxiety, schizophrenia spectrum disorder, bipolar, life adjustment issues, and family and relationship dilemmas.

Throughout my career I’ve had the opportunity to practice in various settings ranging from crisis intervention, medical and behavioral health.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I incorporate CBT, Motivational Interviewing and Solution Focused Therapy- along with other treatments into my work with clients. It is my aspiration that we join in this journey together and execute the goals for your life's success.

What you can expect from our first session

I offer a comfortable and relaxing space for my clients to work on building healthier and enjoyable lives. Being "myself" (wife, mother, friend, daughter and sister) has provided me life experiences that encourages me to help facilitate others to their life goals.
